Delete your account
You can delete your JustBet account yourself, whenever you like. You do not have to write to us first.
In the app
Settings → Account → Delete my account. You are asked for your 4-digit code once more — not to sign in, but because this cannot be undone.
In a browser
Sign in at app.justbet.me and take the same route: Settings → Account → Delete my account.
What is deleted
Everything that points to you as a person is removed for good:
- your e-mail address and your code
- your name and your profile picture
- your date of birth and your age confirmation
- your notifications, friends and push messages
- your badges, titles and places on the leaderboards
- your coins
Afterwards you cannot sign in again, and there is no way back. To play again you would create a new account.
What stays — and why
Your guesses in games that have already been settled remain, under the name “Deleted player”.
That is not reluctance. A settled tournament's table is a fact about every player in it: remove your row and the person who came second stops having come second. And the coin ledger is double-entry — remove one side of a transfer and the books stop balancing for everybody.
Once nothing links those rows to a living person, they are no longer personal data. That is the route GDPR Article 17 points to, and the one we have taken.
Games still running finish with your guess in them. Pulling you out halfway would change everyone else's standing — and, in a knockout, who goes through.
If you cannot get in
If you have lost access to your account, write to support@justbet.me from the e-mail address the account was created with. We will delete it for you and answer within 30 days, as the rules require.
