Privacy Policy — JustBet

Who is responsible
JustBet is operated by Lars Henrik Larsen, H.C. Andersensvej 24, 8920 Randers, Denmark.
If you have questions about your information — or want it corrected or deleted — write to support@justbet.me. We reply within 30 days, as the rules require.
In short
JustBet is a game where you predict football matches against your friends. We collect what is needed to run it, and no more:
- We do not sell your information. To anyone. Ever.
- We use no analytics tools. There is no Google Analytics and no Facebook pixel in the app, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
- There are no ads in the app. There is no ad network in it, and we do not use your device’s advertising ID. If we ever introduce ads, you will be asked for consent first, and this page will be updated before that happens.
- Coins in JustBet are points with no cash value. They can never be exchanged for money or paid out. They cannot be bought either — you earn them by creating an account, turning up each day and taking part in games. There is no payment anywhere in the app, so we handle no card details.

About your location
We do not track you. Your location is used at the moment you tap to join a GPS bet, to decide whether you are within the radius — and we do not store it afterwards. If you decline location access, the rest of the app works as before; you just cannot join GPS bets.
About children
JustBet is not for people under 18. Before you can play, you must confirm that you are 18 or older, and we store the time of that confirmation. If we nevertheless discover an account belonging to a child, we delete it.
Who we share with
Only what is needed for the app to work:

We use football data from an external provider (matches, results, odds). No information about you is sent that way — we only fetch match data.
Otherwise we only disclose information if we are legally required to.
What other players can see
Your nickname, your profile picture, your points and rankings, your badges and titles, and the predictions you have made in games you take part in together. Once a bet is settled, the participants can see each other’s predictions — that is part of the game.
Your e-mail is never visible to other players.
How long
- Your account and game data: for as long as you have an account.
- Code resets: 15 minutes, after which the code is invalid.
- Technical logs: no more than 90 days, after which they are deleted automatically.
- When you delete your account: we delete your personal data — e-mail, code, profile picture, friends, notifications and push tokens. In settled games and leaderboards you then appear as “Slettet spiller” (deleted player), because the result of a game other people took part in is not yours alone to remove. Predictions in games that are still running stand and are settled as normal.
You delete your account yourself in the app under Settings → Delete my account. If you cannot access your account, write to support@justbet.me.
Your rights
You have the right to access the information we hold about you, have it rectified, have it erased, have processing restricted, object, and receive your information in a common format (portability). Where you have given consent — to a profile picture, push or location — you can withdraw it at any time, without affecting what has already happened.

Security
Your code is only stored as a cryptographic hash — not even we can read it. All traffic between the app and the server is encrypted (HTTPS). Access to the server is limited to those who run it.
No security is absolute. If a breach occurs that poses a risk to you, we will notify you, and Datatilsynet will be notified within 72 hours.
Changes
If we change something significant, we will say so in the app before it takes effect. The date at the top shows when the text was last updated.
